She believes that teamwork at all levels is essential if quality care is to be achieved. Val leads an efficient team of health professionals who are committed to the care of older people. As a team they strive to attain a standard of excellence in nursing care as well as in leadership and management.
	Chris Dunlop NZRN Hospital Manager   DDI: 09 538 0823 Chris has many years experience at Howick Baptist Health Care. She leads a team of Registered Nurses and Caregivers dedicated to providing a high standard of care. Under Chris' leadership, the hospital is recognized as a model of excellence and preferred provider in our community.
	Suzanne Child NZRN Rest Home Manager   DDI: 09 538 0805 Suzanne has managed the Rest Home for a number of years. She and her team focus on caring for residents with dignity and respect within a homely environment. Suzanne is committed to ensuring that residents' needs are met in a professional manner by experienced Registered Nurses and Caregivers.
	Jennifer Jones NZRN Home Support Services Manager   DDI: 09 538 0817 Jennifer manages the Home Support services. She leads a team of experienced Registered Nurse Case Managers who provide a personalised service to our clients, supported by our wonderful teams of caregivers. Jennifer led the services through the certification process against the Home and Community Support Sector Standards.
	Jenny Moore MANZASW Social Worker    DDI: 09 538 0803 Jenny is a qualified Social Worker with many years of experience at Counties Manukau District Health Board. She is available to discuss residential care and can advise on a range of options to help you plan for the future.
	Ross Boniface Property Services Manager   DDI: 09 538 0808 Ross is responsible for day to day maintenance. He manages the household and laundry services to a high standard and his wider responsibilities ensure the smooth running of the facility.
