Our aim is to motivate and mobilise clients, improving movement and walking ability, strength and balance and maintaining maximum physical function within their level of ability and comfort. Physiotherapy is by written medical referral, after which an assessment and treatment plan is developed. Our large physiotherapy department is well equipped.

The service seeks to offer residents purposeful meaningful activities which are designed to maintain and promote independence and quality of life.
 
The activity program is overseen by a registered Occupational Therapist and staffed by trained Activity Assistants in each area of the rest home and hospital.

We offer a 6 day week program with all day activities running. Activities are designed around individual resident choice and preferences.
