Bonnie Robinson

Our CEO since 2012, Bonnie has worked for over 20 years in social service organisations including Age Concern, The New Zealand Council of Christian Social Services, Presbyterian Support and Alzheimers Auckland. Bonnie wholeheartedly believes that teamwork and communication are the basis for quality service delivery, and that with a growing older population, HBH Senior Living’s high level of service and care is essential.


Sachin Adkar

Finance and IT Manager

Sachin has been HBH Senior Living’s accountant for over ten years, during which time he has gained significant experience of the aged care industry. In all, Sachin has 26 years’ of experience in accounting, management reporting, audit and payroll. He also brings his IT skills and knowledge which is useful in the selection and implementation of HBH Senior Living’s software systems.


Juliette Tuckey

Juliette has worked for over 20 years in general management and CEO roles in the hospitality and aged care sectors. As one of New Zealand’s leading Eden Alternative advisors and trainers, Juliette is passionate about creating care environments that empower and encourage growth, meaning and connection for all, and leading our teams to provide sustainable and innovative care services.


Kylie Windle

GM – Corporate, Development and Tenancy

Kylie’s role covers the day-to-day management of property and procurement, corporate services, social housing and HBH’s retirement village, whilst also focusing on business development and strategy within these areas. Kylie is a chartered accountant with a particular interest in the non-profit sector and has a passion for social housing and aged care. She has been with HBH since 2018.
