Our CEO since 2012, Bonnie has worked for over 20 years in social service organisations including Age Concern, The New Zealand Council of Christian Social Services, Presbyterian Support and Alzheimers Auckland. Bonnie wholeheartedly believes that teamwork and communication are the basis for quality service delivery, and that with a growing older population, HBH Senior Living’s high level of service and care is essential.

Sachin Adkar

Accountant & IT Systems Coordinator

Sachin has been HBH Senior Living’s accountant for over ten years, during which time he has gained significant experience of the aged care industry. In all, Sachin has 26 years’ of experience in accounting, management reporting, audit and payroll. He also brings his IT skills and knowledge which is useful in the selection and implementation of HBH Senior Living’s software systems.

Jan Campbell

Physiotherapist

Jan is an Otago graduate and has been the physiotherapist at HBH Senior Living for many years. She leads a small team dedicated to the provision of an excellent physiotherapy service in HBH Senior Living’s large, well appointed department. As part of our multi-disciplinary approach to care, Jan aims to maximise functional ability and independence for our residents, focusing on mobility, strength and balance.

Chris has had many years experience at HBH Senior Living. She leads a team of Registered Nurses and Caregivers dedicated to providing a high standard of care. Under Chris’ leadership, the home and hospital are recognised as a model of excellence and the preferred provider in our community.

Jenny Moore

Social Worker

Jenny has many years’ experience as a social worker both in the public health system and at HBH Senior Living. Her primary role at HBH Senior Living is to co-ordinate all admissions into the Rest Home and Hospital. Jenny is available to assist with general enquiries and help older people and their families decide which aged care services are most suitable.

Lyn Ramsay

Lyn is a registered nurse with a background in education and a certificate in infection prevention and control. With many years experience at HBH Senior Living, Lyn is responsible for quality, infection prevention and control and education. She is dedicated to maintaining and improving quality which leads to the provision of a high standard of care and enhances HBH Senior Living’s reputation in the community.

Bruce oversees the day-to-day maintenance, household and laundry services and his wider responsibilities ensure the smooth running of the facility. He also is responsible for procurement and operation of our independent living apartments. Bruce joined HBH Senior Living in 2007 following a career in civil engineering, sales, marketing and distribution.

Carol trained in England and moved to New Zealand in 2006 with her young family. Prior to joining HBH Senior Living she worked previously in mainly Acute settings. Carol is responsible for the Activities Team at HBH Senior Living and applies Occupational Therapy to enable people to participate in meaningful activities of everyday life by enhancing their ability or modifying the environment to support their occupational therapy engagement.
