HBH provides services for all older people in need of support, with a focus on those who are frail or vulnerable due to their age, health and or situation. Our work is motivated by the compassion, love and justice demonstrated in the life of Jesus Christ – and our person centred care is guided by the Eden Alternative and the Domains of Wellbeing.
