Keeping our residents cared for and connected
Despite these difficult and uncertain times, we wanted to reassure the families of our residents that we’re still taking excellent care of your loved ones. We’d like to acknowledge the unwavering commitment, caring and calm of our amazing staff during this time.
The lockdown does mean we’ve found new ways to do things. We’re sending you this update via email instead of post – and importantly, we’re working to keep residents connected with their families and friends. We’ve purchased ipads/ tablets and our staff are helping many of our residents make FaceTime calls, while other residents are staying in touch through the ‘old-fashioned’ methods of phone calls and emails.
It’s just one of the many ways we continue care for our residents, in every little way.
