Our Day Programme – care and connection for seniors

Our unique Day Programme not only gives families and caregivers a break during the day; it also provides numerous benefits for our Day Club members. It’s an excellent way for seniors to maintain independence while enjoying company and support, enhancing their social connections and boosting their mental and physical wellbeing.

Each day is thoughtfully structured to balance active participation with relaxation. Participants can take part in gentle exercise, creative arts, music sessions and engaging conversations, while enjoying nutritious meals and comfortable spaces to relax. This well-rounded schedule keeps seniors active and stimulated, and provides peace of mind for families, knowing that their loved ones are cared for in a safe, friendly setting.

Our Day Programme is now available six days a week (Mondays to Saturdays), with lunch, morning and afternoon tea included, as well as transport to and from Howick Views on Mondays to Fridays.

Virtual Village East – your social and support network

Founded by HBH Group, Virtual Village East is the modern equivalent of the villages of yesteryear – a local network of friendship, connection and support especially for seniors who wish to live independently at home.

Members stay active and connected through a range of age-friendly activities, information mornings, outings and get-togethers, as well as access to local support services and neighbour-to-neighbour services.

Joining your local ‘Village’ can support you to age in place, meet new people, learn new skills and stay informed, and get the most out of life.
