50+ years of caring – We provide inclusive care without discrimination based on care needs, financial means or personal circumstances, ensuring that every senior in our community receives the support they deserve.
10,000+ homes provided – Since 1977, we’ve provided age-friendly living options to thousands of local seniors, including rest home, respite and hospital care, independent apartments and low-cost rental housing.
Thousands of seniors cared for – Since we began as ‘Howick Baptist Healthcare’ in 1977, our charitable organisation has supported numerous seniors in our community to enjoy fullness of life to the best of their ability.
Hundreds of local families supported – Our care extends to families and caregivers, with a qualified social worker supporting those transitioning to care, and a range of resources to help families stay informed and involved.
88%+ of residents report improved wellbeing – Our wellbeing scores improve each year. This year alone, over 88% of HBH residents reported better wellbeing, with nearly 60% feeling less lonely than those with other providers.
Providing complex care to 20% of residents – We’re experts in complex care with nearly 5% more complex cases than other aged care providers on average. What’s more, over 18% of our residents are receiving palliative care.
